Come out and meet the organizers and participants from the various GLBT sports and recreation groups in Edmonton. With over 28 different activities available you are sure to find something to get you active in 2010. It is sure to be a memorable and entertaining evening for all.
Please feel free to encourage any of your athletes who plan to register for the April 1-3 Western Cup in Calgary to attend the Team Edmonton Mixer on February 27.
Apollo, Friends in Sports, the organizers of the Western Cup, will be at the event to register participants for the 28th annual Tournament. The sports planned for 2010 include Badminton, Bowling, Curling, Hockey, Running,Swimming and Volleyball.
The event will be held in the Art Gallery and Creations Lounge at the Sawridge Inn. Guests are encouraged to book a special Team Edmonton rate of $99.00 night a room if they would like to spend the evening.
7pm-11:30pm, Feb 27th
Event restricted to those who are 18 years or older. Free Admission.
