Vocal Placement Interviews
All interested singers are required to have a Vocal Placement Interview with the Artistic Director.
The interviews are an informal way for the singers to meet the Artistic Director and for the Artistic Director to become familiar with each singer's voice and to assign them a vocal part that matches their voice type and range.

Performances
The choir presents two major concerts each season: one in January and one in June.
In addition to these concerts there are often several performances at community events throughout the season.
Fees & Obligations
The annual membership fee for singers is $125.00 or $50.00 for low-income. There is also a music deposit of $20.00. If singers join the choir in February, the fee is pro-rated.
Support members pay an annual fee of $5.00.
Members are encouraged to participate in the choir's fundraising activities and contribute at least eight volunteer hours.
Workshops & Retreats
EVM offers vocal workshops each season and a three day singers retreat.
Sectional Rehearsals
Sectional rehearsals are occasionally scheduled in addition to the regular rehearsals.
