Abs Class Fall 2011
This season's class has a much greater emphasis on the entire core with a gradual build up to the next session. You will learn the function and purpose of the core. There will be an initial assessment followed by the strategies to building a great core. Class is run by experienced and well qualified instructor - Barb Turner, Bpe, CSEP - CPT, AFLCA.

This class is taught by Barb Turner - a Professionally certified Personal Trainer and athlete who specializes in core strength conditioning, extreme abdominal routines and bodysculpting.
There is more to working abs than the standard crunch. There are many abdominal exercises that can be done to improve abdominal and overall core strength! The class will explain and show you many of these exercises!
In addition to learning new exercises for your abs, you will be able to learn technique, correct exercise form, how to isolate various areas of your abdomen, optimum order of execution, when to switch up the order of exercises, what to do if your back gets sore while performing abdominal exercises, learn some ab stretches, ask and get your questions answered.
The classes are uniquely taught and are structured to give each member the personal attention necessary.
Together we're going to lean how to properly work your abdominal area quickly and with confidence. The class will show you new moves you can use in your everyday workout program.
