Blazin' Bootcamp

This activity combines circuit training, weight training, stretching, ball sculpting, cardio and obstacle training.  Bootcamp is set to challenge those individuals who are looking to increase their overall level of fitness.   Bootcampers set their own level of challenge according to their fitness ability and are expected to self monitor their limits.  Depending upon the station this may mean adding more weight or reducing weights, increasing or decreasing the repetitions or slowing or speeding up the exercise.  The atmosphere is designed to be fun, motivating and encouraging.  

Bootcamp runs Monday and Thrusday nights from 7:00 - 8:15pm.  Please ensure that you arrive prepared to start at 7:00.  As each bootcamp is different it is important to arrive on time to review the order of the stations and exercises.

The classes for the Spring and Summer season are held outdoors at the Oliver Community Hall, located at 118 St and 103 Ave.   Please ensure that you dress for the appropriate weather.

The fee for the season is $30.00 and covers the cost of facility rental and equipment maintenance, repairs and replacement.   Low income and students are $15.00.
